What People Say About Us
Olly, aged 8 joined Solidrock Academy about eight months ago. He was very shy and not so confident. Since being at the club his football ability has improved tremendously.
Peter has since organised trials at Chelsea and Crystal Palace for him.
Most importantly Olly has made new friends and his confidence has grown.
Additionally, at Solidrock Academy Summer camp Olly learnt how to ride his bike.
Mark & Tasha Bradley
Joshan came to Solidrock Academy at age 4 as a very shy young boy. After having trained for a few months he began to grow in confidence and start showing signs of being a good player.
Coach Peter Barry decided to put him in to play with the older boys. Despite the fact that Joshan was out of his comfort zone he played well, demonstrating fearlessness and an eagerness to get on the ball.
Peter sent him on yr1 trials at Chelsea Football Club where Joshan’s football really took off. He decided to move to Crystal Palace Football Club where he is now a signed u10 player.
